Growing Appalachia X Navion Senior Solutions
Growing Appalachia is proud to partner with Navion Senior Solutions to establish a community garden at The Fountains, a local assisted living community. This garden will offer hands-on classes for residents and community members, promoting connection, sustainability, and well-being through gardening.
Little Growers Academy
Little Growers Academy is more than just a gardening program—it’s a space where children discover the wonders of nature, learn how food grows, and develop essential life skills. Through interactive, hands-on activities, kids build teamwork, patience, and responsibility while having fun and exploring the science of gardening.
Community Seed Bank
We believe that food security is best attained when we, as a community, work together to ensure food for our future. That is why we are working to gather a bank of heirloom seeds for our community with the help of our neighbors. Get free seeds, grow your plants, then return seeds for the next season of gardeners - it's that easy.
